Shipping policy

SHIPPING SCHEDULE:

Orders are usually shipped within 7-10 business days from time of order. (Often times sooner than that)  If an item is back ordered, you will be notified by email.  Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, and transit time is typically 2-8 business days. 

SHIPPING CHARGES:

We ship via USPS or UPS.

At this time we are only shipping to the USA & Canada.

If you are from a region outside of that, and wish to order, we ask that you please feel free to email us and we will see what we can do about shipping. Otherwise you are welcome to purchase from us on our ebay account https://www.ebay.com/usr/turbow where we ship through the global shipping program that eBay offers. If you place an order on our website, it will not be shipped until the proper shipping amount has been collected.

PRE-ORDERS:​

Shipping options when placing pre-orders: We understand that to save on shipping, orders may want to be combined with all other items into your order. We do allow this but please know that if you choose to do this, ALL ITEMS in that order will not be shipped until the pre-ordered item is available. When you place your order, shipping is calculated for one shipment per order, not two separate shipments. If you would like to have other items shipped before the pre-ordered item, please place separate orders. This policy will be followed and a request of cancelation to an order for any reason, will be subject to the 10% restocking fee. ​
Payment will be charged at time of ordering for all orders, including orders of PRE-ORDER items. ​
